The Trenton Hercs Jr. A Hockey Club
is looking for volunteers to help out at
Bingos, game nights and special events.
Positions Available
Bingo Coordinator - someone who can ensure there are workers for each Bingo - you do not have to work them all but just ensure someone is there. For more information, please contact Lianne Durant at lianne@hercshockey.ca.
Bingo workers - available once a month for a bingo - our bingos times are Tuesday Bingo (5-9), twice a month for a Saturday bingo (5-midnight) and once a month for a Saturday bingo (11:30 to 5). They are at Quinte Bingo in Belleville on Highway 62 near the car dealers and the Bingo Bowling alley.
Back up Pointstreak Operator - needs to be computer literate - will train
Back up Music/Announcer - will provide training - must have a good "radio" voice and be knowledgable of the game of hockey
Singers/Choirs - must be able to sing "O Canada" - auditions may be held depending on response
Event Coordinator - to take the organization of special events -
eg. Breakfast with the Hercs, Dinner with the Hercs, carwashes, Skate
with the Hercs, any other fundraising event suggested and feasible, etc.
